07 What should I include when contacting Studio about a project?
Tell us what kind of figures you need, what source material currently exists, what work needs to be performed, and whether there is an important filing or response deadline.
You do not need to send the actual invention materials through the general contact form. We can coordinate project materials separately when they are needed.
08 What if I'm not sure whether I need the System, training, or Studio?
Think first about whether your immediate goal is capability or production.
If you want to become better able to create, review, revise, or manage patent figures, the Patent Figure System™ is the natural starting point.
If you primarily need someone to complete an active drawing project, Studio is the more direct path.
When both needs exist, the System and Studio can work together.
09 Can we start small and expand later?
Yes. In many organizations, a focused starting point is preferable to attempting a broad rollout immediately.
You might begin with a small group, one recurring figure workflow, a particular practice area, or another clearly defined use case.
If the capability proves useful, it can then be extended to additional people, teams, or workflows.
