- If you are actively producing drawings, add IP DaVinci Maintenance & Support (annual, optional) for Toolkit updates, help when you get stuck, and Studio credit for occasional expert assistance.
- Add Cloud Workspace only if local Windows/Visio installs aren’t practical.
- Use Studio only when you want drawings done for you.
Important: If you choose not to continue Maintenance & Support, nothing breaks — you keep the Starter Package and the Toolkit you purchased. You simply won’t receive updates, support, or Studio credit going forward.
