Each user who actively creates or edits drawings requires one license. Read-only stakeholders do not require licenses.
Can licenses be reassigned?
Yes. Organizational licenses may be reassigned when staff changes, provided each license is used by only one person at a time.
What happens if we stop Maintenance?
Nothing breaks. You retain your purchased Starter Package licenses. Updates, support, and Studio credits simply cease.
Is Cloud required?
No. Cloud Workspace is optional and only used when local installs are not practical.
Can we add Studio later?
Yes. Studio services can be engaged at any time for overflow, complexity, or high-volume matters.
