The IP DaVinci Adoption Path:

  1. Start with the Starter Package (Training + Toolkit) for each user who will actively create or edit drawings.
  2. Add IP DaVinci Maintenance & Support (optional, annual) for Toolkit updates, ongoing support, and Studio credits while your team is actively producing drawings.
  3. Add Cloud Workspace only when local Windows/Visio installs aren’t practical.
  4. Use Studio only when you want drawings done for you.

If you choose not to continue Maintenance & Support, nothing breaks — you keep the Starter Package and Toolkit you purchased. You simply won’t receive updates, support, or Studio credits going forward.

Teams purchase the Starter Package per license for each person who will actively create or edit drawings. Maintenance & Support is optional and renewed annually if you want updates, support, and Studio credits.
Are team licenses transferable?
Yes. Team licenses may be reassigned when staff changes, provided each license is used by only one person at a time.
Do we lose access if we don’t renew Maintenance & Support?
No. If you don’t continue Maintenance & Support, nothing breaks. You keep the Starter Package and Toolkit you purchased.
Is Training included for teams?
Yes. Training is included with the Starter Package for professional teams. Academic programs use separate program-based licensing.
Is Cloud Workspace included?
No. Cloud Workspace is optional and added only when required by device or IT constraints.
