What am I buying?
A one-time adoption package that includes IP DaVinci Training and the IP DaVinci Toolkit (Visio templates + stencils) so you can produce standardized, patent-ready figures using a repeatable workflow.
Is access per seat or shared?
Access is per seat. Each person using the Training or Toolkit must have their own license.
Do I keep the Toolkit?
Yes. The Toolkit files you receive are yours to keep. If you choose not to continue Maintenance & Support, you simply will not receive future updates.
Is Maintenance required?
No. It is optional and recommended for active production users who want updates and support.
Do I need Cloud Workspace?
Only if you cannot install Windows or Visio locally. It is optional.
Is Studio included?
Studio is a separate done-for-you service. The Starter Package enables internal production.
