The Starter Package is a one-time adoption package that includes IP DaVinci Training and the IP DaVinci Toolkit (Visio templates + stencils) so you can produce standardized, patent-ready figures using a repeatable workflow.
Is access per seat or shared?
Training access and Toolkit access are provided per seat, for the individual(s) covered by the Starter Package. Each person who needs access to the training or Toolkit files must have their own seat.
Do I keep the Toolkit?
Yes. The Toolkit is a deliverable you keep. If you decide not to continue with IP DaVinci Maintenance & Support, nothing breaks — you simply won’t receive future toolkit updates or ongoing support.
What is IP DaVinci Maintenance & Support?
Maintenance & Support is an optional annual plan for active users that provides toolkit updates/refinements and support guidance while you operate the system.
Is Training sold separately?
The Starter Package includes Training. Teams and academic programs may use separate onboarding or program-based options depending on deployment needs.
Do I need Cloud Workspace?
Only if you can’t install Windows or Visio locally, or you need a hosted environment. It’s optional.
Is Studio included?
Studio is a separate done-for-you service for when you want drawings produced for you. The Starter Package is designed to get you operational so you can produce drawings in-house.
